ABOUT OUR SUMMER CAMPS
Rideau Canoe Club offers their fantastic Canoe Kids Summer Camps throughout the summer months.
The Canoe Kids Summer Camp is a fun-filled, one week, day-camp with an introduction to all aspects of safe paddle sports. Campers will enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming, field sports, as well as cooperative games and activities.
It is a program suitable for beginners as well as for those with some previous paddling experience. Campers must demonstrate a base level of swimming competence in order to participate.
Throughout the week campers will explore the Rideau River with qualified instructors. Campers should bring a swimsuit, change of clothes, running shoes, sunscreen, water bottle, and lunch. Rideau Canoe Club provides all other equipment needed!
