About our summer camps

OSU offers many camps options for young players, ranging from our First Kicks Camp to unique opportunities to train under international coaches from some of the world’s best professional clubs.

OSU’s Camps provide a fast-paced, fun exposure to the most popular sport in the world. Soccer sessions emphasize fun games & drills, focusing on motor development, foot-eye coordination, passing, shooting and dribbling the ball, while also introducing the concepts of teamwork and cooperation.

OSU also has speciality camps for various positions including goalkeeper and striker, as well as competitive and academy high-performance options. OSU International Camps bring some of the world’s top instructors to Ottawa for training sessions run by coaches from famed clubs such as Atlético Madrid, Liverpool, Everton, Manchester City and Hibernian of Scotland.

About our programs

OSU runs programs for players as young as U3 through to adult ages. Our highly-regarded developmental programs serve the U3-U8 age groups, while U9-U18 players can take part in youth recreational play, while adults enjoy both recreational and competitive league options.

Young players can also access advanced grassroots and pre-academy programs to prepare them for competitive play in our renowned Force Academy elite/competitive youth programs.

We are a leader in meeting the needs of the serious and talented soccer player. OSU’s Centre of Excellence offers additional training opportunities to produce technically gifted players who can realize their potential and reach for the sport’s highest levels.

OSU also promotes local, provincial, national, and international competition opportunities through contacts and affiliations with Canadian Universities, U.S. Colleges, and affiliations with International and Professional clubs.

Our programs are run under the direction of staff with some of the highest levels of certification possible,  and who are trained in instructing specific age groups with appropriate skills.

OSU is one of a small handful of clubs to receive franchise permits for the province’s new high-performance youth league, the Ontario Player Development League, thanks to our high standards for facilities, coaching, administration and organizational financial stability.

Kanata Rhythmic Gymnastics Club

About our summer camps

Rhythmic gymnastics helps develop overall fitness, coordination and concentration. Rhythmic gymnastics camp at KRSG is ideal for all girls who want to learn rhythmic gymnastics, including those gymnasts currently registered in KRSG’s recreational programs.

Throughout the week, participants will be introduced to the basic body techniques and equipment handling of the ball hoop, ribbon and rope of Rhythmic Gymnastics. They will work on the skills of our unique “I’ve Got Rhythm” badge program and be coached by our NCCP certified rhythmics gymnastics coaches, all current or former KRSG gymnasts themselves.

KRSG summer camps often serve as a launching pad for young athletes’ journeys in the sport, and the start of many lasting friendships. Recreational, half-day and advanced training camps are all available.

Girls Age 6+ (Half-day morning camp for Ages 4-5)

Dates/Times:

July 6-10, July 13-17, July 20-24, July 27-31, August 4-7 (4-Day) and August 10-14, 2026.
(recreational camp) 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (extended care included from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Advanced Training camps available weeks of July 22 through August 30.

Cost:

$350/week (no tax), $175/week for half days, ($280/$140 for 4-day weeks)

About the Kanata Rhythmic Gymnastics Club

The first rhythmic club in Eastern Ontario and one of the longest established gymnastics clubs in Canada, the Kanata Rhythmic Gymnastics Club has provided rhythmic gymnastic programming for girls in the Kanata area since 1976.

We are proud that many of our members in our earlier years are now bringing their daughters to enjoy the many benefits of our sport, including the development of a positive attitude towards physical activity through fun, active participation, and the development of hand-eye coordination, concentration and body movement.

Officially recognized by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport’s club excellence program, KRSG is a non-profit, community organization run by volunteers, with professional coaches certified by Gymnastics Ontario.

About our programs

The Kanata Rhythmic Gymnastics Club offers a variety of programs to suit the interests and skill levels of all members from age 4 to adult. Our popular recreational programs are offered in area schools and community centres. The club’s “I’ve Got Rhythm!” skill development program rewards participants with badges as they learn new skills, which they get to show off at performances.

Advanced Training is offered at the Interclub and Provincial levels to interested and committed gymnasts after an audition process. Opportunities to participate in provincial competition are possible, and even travel internationally to the World Gymnaestrada, an event held every four years that brings together roughly 20,000 gymnasts from around the globe to celebrate our sport. There are also programs for small group and aesthetic group.

Ottawa River Canoe Club

ABOUT OUR SUMMER CAMPS

The ORCC summer camp programs provide a progression of options for children of all ages and abilities to introduce the sport of paddling that includes canoe, kayak, dragon boat, outrigger, SUP and war canoe.

The Canoe Kids summer camps are a perfect introductory paddling camp for our new and young campers (ages 6 and up) who want to get out on the water for some fun in the sun.

The daily paddling activities are balanced with crafts, games and a day trip or two to various spots along the river, as well as lots of swimming on those hot and sunny days.

No experience is needed and campers work at their own pace to develop paddling skills. These are non-competitive camps with a focus on  boating fun and water safety.

ORCC also offers an Intro to Competition program, where Campers will receive instruction in various types of paddling from certified coaches, and enjoy spending time on the water practicing what they’ve learned in both single and team boats.

And the PaddleAll Camp offers a unique and inclusive camp option for individuals living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

6-14

Weekly from June 29 through August 28, 2026.

ABOUT OTTAWA RIVER CANOE CLUB

The Ottawa River Canoe Club is a non-profit paddling organization in operation since 2002 and located in the west-end of Ottawa.

We offer a variety of recreational and competitive paddling programs for everyone. This includes Stand-Up Paddling (SUP), Introductory Canoe and Kayak, Children’s Introductory Paddling Programs/Kiddie Canoe, PaddleALL (for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities), Paddle 4 Life (Masters), Dragon Boat, Outrigger, ParaCanoe, Sprint Training and Off-season Training. ABOUT OUR SUMMER CAMPS

Offering Soccer Camp and Advanced Soccer Camp streams, the Ottawa Internationals are proud to offer our popular Kids Summer Soccer Camps throughout the summer at Franco-Cité high school.

The bilingual camps are known for the fun delivery of soccer activities, developed and run by the club’s technical coaches alongside camp counsellors. Internationals camps make use of top-notch facilities, with the outdoor turf field, plus air-conditioned indoor venues including a gymnasium and lunch/break areas.

Campers receive a report at the end of the week and also participate in classic summer camp activities such as making tie-dye shirts on top of the soccer they love.

6-14

Weeks of June 29 through to August 21, 2026
9 a.m.-4 p.m. (Pre- and post-camp care available upon request, for additional fee)
